Spa Finder Clients:
If using a Wellness 365 or Spa Finder card please bring the appropriate card for services. Example: bring a $50 card for an hour long massage, run the spa finder card, then pay the remaining balance of the massage cost.
Do NOT bring a $100 wellness 365 card to a $65 dollar massage, as I have to run the whole card as Spa Finder doesn't allow for it to be split.
If you use a Multi-use card, then we will be able to run different amounts. This is how Spa Finder chooses to do their card processing, not mine, and that is why they created the Multi-use card.

Spa Week: Accepted here. Please bring your certificate and present before your appointment. Please let me know you have a card before your appointment also, either let me know through phone message or notes if booking online.
Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”

If you received a massage because of a raffle and you no-show, the gift card is considered used immediately.

Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
